Sports Massage or Soft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons. It is applicable not only to people who participate in sport but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue / muscle injury.
